About the role

Baselumen is looking for someone to lead sales and partnerships: finding the design teams, agencies and companies who would get the most from Baselumen, opening conversations with them and seeing those conversations through to signed work.

You would work directly with the founder. The role is paid on commission.

What you would do

  • Find and qualify prospective customers and partners
  • Run conversations from first contact to a signed agreement
  • Build and look after partner relationships over time
  • Keep a clear record of your pipeline
  • Bring back what you hear from customers so it shapes the product

What we are looking for

  • Experience selling software or design tools
  • Clear, honest communication, written and spoken
  • Comfort working on your own and remotely
  • Interest in design systems, components and the teams that use them

How we hire. Short and in writing.

Four steps, each one written down. Questions before you apply go to support@stacklumen.com.

  1. Apply

Use the form on the role's page. A few lines on what you have done and why the role fits you is enough.

  2. Read

Every application goes straight to the founder, who reads each one.

  3. Talk

Where there is a fit, we set up a call to talk through the role, the work and the compensation.

  4. Agree

Terms are written down and agreed by both sides before any work starts.
