One URL, every audit. A report you can send.

Baselumen's tools are 14 working tools in one catalog: 9 that take a URL and grade a live page, and 5 that run in your browser on what you paste. Every run is saved to the workspace, and every graded report prints or downloads as a branded PDF.

One catalog. Two kinds of tool.

Every tool is a card in one grid at /app/tools. A single control filters it by what the tool needs from you: instant tools work on something you already have and finish at once; URL audits fetch a live page, take seconds, and count toward the monthly allowance. A category select narrows it further.

  • URL audits. Advanced Audit, SEO + AEO Audit, Open Graph Preview, Schema Validator, Accessibility Audit, Site Maintainability Audit, Speed Test, Landmark Map and Security Headers.
  • Instant. JSON-LD Generator, robots.txt + llms.txt, Contrast Checker, Embed Sizer and Tailwind → CSS.
  • Categories. Deep Scans, SEO + AEO, Content + Schema, Accessibility, Build, Performance and Security.

Every grader at once. Each one on the record.

Advanced Audit runs the SEO + AEO, accessibility, security-header, schema and maintainability graders against one URL, with Speed Test as an option. Each is a full run with its own saved report; the page adds a plain mean of the scores and one list of every failing check, fails first.

  • Graders. Five, six with Speed Test.
  • Overall. The mean of the graders that finished. A grader that fails is named, not scored zero.
  • Pacing. Two in flight, held to the limit of three requests in ten seconds.
  • Export. One combined PDF: the mean, the score of each grader, and the fixes.

Each grader is a full run and counts toward your allowance. The scores in this drawing are illustrative.

Advanced Audit: one URL through every grader at once, each saved as its own run. The scores drawn here are illustrative, not a real result. The drawing is the Advanced Audit tool. A URL is entered and Audit site pressed; the 5 graders — SEO + AEO, Accessibility, Security Headers, Schema, Maintainability — and optionally Speed run three at a time, each card filling with its score, and an overall mean appears above them.

Paste a URL once. Watch it run.

Every URL audit opens on the same runner. Type the address without its scheme; the field adds https:// for you.

  1. Paste the URL

The catalog's runner hands it to the SEO + AEO Audit or to Advanced Audit, and a tool page writes the URL into the address bar, so a result is a link you can send.

  2. Watch it run

The long audits show their elapsed seconds and the stage they are on: fetch, audit, checks, report. The allowance sits under the runner, before you spend a run.

  3. File it to a client

With a client selected, every run is recorded against that client, and the chip in the corner says so.

A score, a word, and what it means.

A graded report opens on one panel: the score out of 100 on a ring, a grade word from Excellent to Critical with a sentence that says what it means, the URL, when it ran and how many signals were checked.

  • The score

Beside the ring sit the passed, warning and failed counts and a bar of the three. Download PDF, Copy summary and Print sit on every report’s head.

SEO + AEO, accessibility, security headers, schema, maintainability

  • Every signal, by category

Every check the grader ran, in its category and in the order it was checked, each with its result, its impact, the value read, the fix, and why it matters.

Passed blue · warning amber · failed red

  • Worst first, with the fix

Priority fixes list every check that did not pass: failures before warnings, then by impact. Advanced Audit merges them across graders and names the grader each came from.

  • Lab and field, side by side

Speed Test runs Google PageSpeed Insights on mobile or desktop, and sets the Lighthouse score beside 28 days of Chrome UX Report data from real visitors.

FCP, LCP, TBT, CLS, Speed Index, TTI · field LCP, INP, CLS, FCP

  • The page as a screen reader hears it

Landmark Map draws the landmark tree and heading outline as served, and flags a missing main, unnamed landmarks and skipped heading levels, each with its fix.

  • Every run, kept

Every run is recorded at /app/reports with its full result. Pick one site and one tool, and the page draws the score over time and the change since the first run.

Visible to everyone in the workspace

A past audit you can still read. Open any run and the stored report is there as it was, not re-run against a site that has since changed: the score, the change since the previous run of that tool on that host, and the failing, worth-fixing and passing checks. Print / PDF prints the report alone, on white, whatever the theme.

Two colours in. The ratio out.

Contrast Checker gives the WCAG 2.2 contrast ratio of a text colour on a background, and whether it clears AA and AAA for normal and large text, with a live sample set in the two colours. It runs in your browser and never spends a run.

The Contrast Checker: two colours in, the WCAG 2.2 ratio out, with AA and AAA for normal and large text. Try your own colours in the panel. The drawing is the Baselumen Contrast Checker. Choosing a preset, typing a colour or swapping the two works out the contrast ratio and marks each of the four WCAG levels pass or fail, with sample text set in the two colours.
Any colour you have
Hex of three to eight digits, rgb() and rgba(); a translucent text colour is flattened onto the background first.
Four levels
AA at 4.5 and 3.0, AAA at 7.0 and 4.5, for normal and large text.

A branded PDF, built from the data.

7 reports download as an A4 PDF: SEO + AEO Audit, Accessibility Audit, Security Headers, Schema Validator, Site Maintainability Audit, Speed Test and Advanced Audit. It is set as vector text from the result, not a screenshot, so it stays sharp and small: the score, the grade, the priority fixes, then every check, with page numbers on every page.

A monthly allowance, shown before you spend it.

URL audits count toward the workspace's monthly tool runs; instant tools never do. The meter under each runner shows what is left before the first run, offers more when a fifth is left, and a run past the limit gets a plain answer with the way to more.

And the rest of the bench. Each one a card in the catalog.

  • Open Graph Preview

Renders a URL’s link preview six ways, including a search result, with every meta tag it read.

  • robots.txt + llms.txt

Four postures across 34 named crawlers, then the llms.txt that lists the pages that matter.

  • Security Headers

Grades the response headers that defend visitors, with the exact header to add for each gap.

  • Schema Validator

Walks every typed entity and flags missing required and recommended rich-result properties.

  • Site Maintainability Audit

Reads the compiled stylesheet for generated class names, deep selectors and px-locked layouts.

  • JSON-LD Generator

A form per schema type, from Organization to Breadcrumb, and the script tag to paste.

  • Tailwind → CSS

Utility classes in, plain CSS out, with hover and breakpoint rules and anything unrecognised listed.

  • Embed Sizer

Minifies an embed and measures it in characters, bytes and gzip against a builder’s cap.

Run the first audit. It is saved for you.

Paste a URL into the catalog's runner and the report is saved to your workspace.
