Audit runs are counted in each workspace by the calendar month. Templates sit outside the plans: each is licensed to a workspace from the Marketplace.

Yes. Baselumen is in private alpha and billing is not switched on, so a signed-in account uses every plan's features for free and nothing is charged. We will give notice before billing is switched on, and you will see the price and choose before anything is charged.
Who you are, not what you pay. Viewers copy HTML and CSS but not the other builds, client guests are not given the library or the tools, rate limits stay on, and templates are still licensed one at a time.
Each agency may take one 14-day trial of the Agency plan, with no card, and nothing is charged when it ends. It opens when billing is switched on; until then everything is free anyway.
The agency. It holds one plan, Free, Pro or Agency, and that plan covers Baselumen, the Stacklumen Hub and Terminal in every workspace the agency has. There is no separate plan for any one app.
